If Im not breastfeeding when can i join ww after havin a baby?

Was thinking of joining tonite, but my 6 week check isnt for 2 weeks. Id have to take LO with me, but they wouldnt know she wasnt 6 weeks yet......

they would ask how may weeks post natal you are so you would have to lie!

It is 6 weeks for a reason that your body needs a decent amount of calories to repair its self after child birth.
