hey ladies

I was looking at photos of me pre pregnancy and its really got me down! In the pic i'm 9st 5lb and i would like to get down to 9st but at the moment i'm 10st 9lb and i feel really poop!!! :cry:
When can i start excersising? I'm 5 weeks PP and had a bad 3rd degree tear that required surgery. :nope:
I have a wee trampoline i'd like to use and i used to enjoy crunches/sit ups when can i start these? :shrug:

Before beginning an exercise program make sure that you check with your doc. You need to make sure that your body is sufficiently recovered, and you are physically ready to begin exercising.
 
to be only 5 weeks PP and only be 1 stone 5 over what you want to be is bloody amazing dont be so hard on your self... Ive got more than that to go now and my LO is 11 months :)
