weird pains

Earlier today I got stitch like shooting pains throughout my stomach and had to bend over causr they hurt when I stood. That lasted two minutes. Now I have this pain towards the left off my pelvis. Anyone else have this or know if its bad?

i get all sorts of pains now and then in my back my side and pelvis i put it down to stretching
