Ali- can I have some of your chile?

What's your recipe? I had a traditional Zuni chile once-awesome! No beans, just slow cooked pork, roasted chiles...MMM.
My recipe is pretty simple:
ground beef (browned and drained)
onion, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2-3 garlic cloves sliced or chopped
1 tpsp of olive oil
2 cans of kidney beans
1 can of chopped tomatoes (large can)
1 sm can of tomato paste
chile powder (as much as you can handle)
smoky apple wood bacon flavoring (pampered chef) - optional
hot sauce (as much as you can handle)
cayenne (as much as you can handle)
Brown the meat, add to crock pot. Saute the onion, peppers and garlic in a little bit of olive oil. Add to the crock pot when vegetables are tender. Pour in the tomatoes, and paste, drain the beans and rinse them, and add them too. Shake as much of the chile powder, hot sauce and cayenne in as you want. Cover and let simmer for 6-8 hours.
Simple, but good. Just normal good old chile (Canadian style). LOL! We often serve it with sour cream, bacon bits, chives and cheddar cheese. Sides are usually garlic bread, and a salad. Now that I'm GF, I skip the garlic bread, but ooh I miss dipping it into the chile!
