It depends what you want from it. I think ring slings and mei tais are the most popular. Have a look in the "let's see you babywearing" thread maybe and see if anything takes your fancy?

I personally have a connecta which is like a mei tai but it has buckles instead of ties. Have you looked at any carriers yet?

I like the ones with rings. I'm not sure I'd trust the ties as much.
