What are these codes

So i keep seeing
AF BFPs FRERs and some other short hand codes but no Idea what they mean can anyone help.

AF is Aunt Flo
BFP/BFN is big fat positive/negative
FRER first response early response pregnancy test
DD/DS is darling daughter/son I think

Those are all I can think of right now!
