Any ideas got royal jelly coq10 n rasp leaf tea to start due af 25th x

Healthy as possible diet, prenatal vitamins (I use gummies as I can't stomach regular ones). Folic acid that's about all I can think of.

Ive just started taking agnus castus and vitamin b complex, need to try and get some kind of regularity to my cycle, and I think I've got a short luteal phase at the moment. Still all settling down after breastfeeding my baby I think. Got both in holland and Barrett they sell everything in the strengths you need for it to make a difference. Tell you one thing about the vitamin b though, certainly does give you bit more energy! And yellow wee lol. Oh I'm also taking evening primrose oil, meant to give excellent cm! X

i am returning my vitex as i have read mixed reviews and due to not having any blood tests from dr cause they all sya things will happen im not sure i wanna risk messing my cycle up.

My cycle varies from 32 to 40 days, (ovulate anywhere from day 18 to 24) as far as Fertility friend is saying, and i only have my af for 2 days light but clotty a little and im scared if i take vitex it will make me have mid cycle bleeding or longer periods. so i think im gonna just take b vitamins and epo and see how i go, and go back on my diet as i found with last time as i lose weight my cycles become more regular

My husband and I were not trying, not preventing for several months and never conceived after my first daughter. We did bd several times during ovulation- and nothing. So I started folic acid, fish oil, epo, and dong quai. Bam! Pregnant that month! I think donq quai really works. I concieved my first, the first month I started dong quai as well. I am like clock work- period every 28 days, lasting around 5 days, medium flow. Some just need a little boost and personally dong quai did it for me. Do what your gut tells you and start off slow. Good luck!

ooops should i be taking vitamin b6 and the complex b at same time??

i thiought i was meant to take both like a full complex of Bs and the b6

Think it depends how much is in your complex maybe? Mine has 100mg of b6 and 100 of b12 along with the others. I think you need at least 50mg of each of these, so if your complex is low on b6 I think taking it together should be fine. Worried about the vitex now and if I could be doing more harm than good!! X

both my husband and i would like to know what are good foods to eat to boost fertility. I have heard Pineapple and asparagus. Is this true? Also please list any foods that will lower the fertility levels like fattning foods and lots of sweets. and what else should i know about food that will help and harm the fertility levels.
thanks

yea i took my vitex back and swapped for blackmores Phytolife.

My vit b6 and b12 are no where near equal, the complex ones i got are cenovis
b complex are b6 5mg, b12 10mcg

and the natures own b6 is 100mg so im taking 105mg of b6 but only 10mcg of b12
crap i read then that its nothing the b12, as mcg is heaps smaller

Here are some articles I found on bing search engine. https://www.conceiveonline.com/articles/top-5-fertility-boosting-foods-women
Is an article for boost women's fertility https://www.modernmom.com/article/10-foods-to-improve-sperm-count-and-quality for boosting sperm count for men https://infertilityatsrushti.blogspot.com/2010/01/fertility-diet-avoid-these-foods.html

mary are you sure the b12 reading was correct, as all the complex Bs i have picked up all say b12 is 10MCG not mg, mcg is nothing

thats why im confused as my b6 is 100mg, and complex b says b12 is 10mcg and i read up last night about it,

found that link it has MCG also says 50mcg

Ah yes I think you are right! It doesn't say 100mg lol it has a funny squiggly ug symbol so probably is 100mcg, thanks for the link x

I have heard bad things about rasp tea, went to a specialist and they said it can trigger misscarrage as it softens the cervix too much, but heard good things about royal jelly x
