What cream for bubbas bum ?

I asked the midwife at my antenatal classes what cream to use and she said there's no need to use any unless baby has nappy rash.

I already had sudocream in as I use it anyway, plus I've been bought some bepanthan - but I'm going to see how baby goes without cream to start with.

As a childminder I always recommend metanium for nappy rash, clears it up really quickly. I have this time been given a sample of burts bees? or something like that lol seems nice......

We use Sudocrem but only when it's needed. We're still not even halfway through our first tub with Harvey.

I never used cream on my LO's bottom unless she actually had nappy rash, she only ever had it once really bad when she was tiny and i used metanium, cleared it up very quick.

With my first 3 children if they got a rash we used Balmex. I hated Desitin but with my last child Balmex didn't work and we ended up using Desitin so we'll see what works when this LO comes.
