What did you eat today? Quarantine edition

Yeah! I was laying out their Easter hunt and SO much of the little eggs went into my mouth! I actually needed an antacid after, greedy hog that I am (I am prone to acid indigestion though I should mention). lol
 

It is tempting when the chocolate is right there in front of you!
Sorry you got indigestion afterwards though.
 
Hahaha is so hard not to eat the chocolate ! I’ve pinched a few pieces too!

The girls wanted to eat chocolate for breakfast. I draw the line at that !

B- toast and cereal
L - nothing - kids had a indoor picnic
D - gammon and new potatoes with veg

Snacks - so much chocolate !

Dinner - chicken, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and carrots
 
I treated my self to a Heson Blumenthal scotch egg when I was doing our shop the other day. I'd sorted out everyone else's Easter weeks ago, before lockdown, and knew no one would have picked anything up for me - shame I'm so stuffed that I really can't face it!!

B - bagel, potato scone and egg
L - tea, tea biscuits (and some chocolate stolen from Ds)
D - roast veg, mash and cauliflower pie (chicken for the meat eaters)
Syrup sponge and custard
Birthday cake (niece 2)
Oh, and prosecco - don't get the chance to have a glass very often!

Lunch - ham sandwich and soup

Dinner - chicken curry

Snack - chocolate, frozen banana
 
B - toast with boiled egg (the ones we decorated and rolled yesterday) then birthday cake
L - crackers and cheese
D - quiche and smoky mixed beans
(and a wee glass of homemade irish cream!)

Lunch - chicken bake

Dinner - lasagne

Snacks - frozen banana
 
B - coffee
L - sausage, bacon, fried egg, beans
D - corned beef stew
S - easter egg

D - sandwich, grapes, strawberries, cucumber, babybel
S - way too much chocolate

We had a charity deliver donated easter eggs to our house... all Thornton ones... around 20 of them!! We shared some with our neighbours. We are set for chocolate haha!

B Boys had their usual cereals, I had Greek 0% yoghurt

L Nick, Dom and I had egss on toast, Sebby had a ham sandwich. Oreos for dessert

S the usual pombears and yoyos for the boys, I had more Fage yoghurt

D Nick made pasta from scratch as well as meatballs (he used pork sasages and beef mince) and it was DELISH! The boys had ice cream for dessert.
