What did you eat today? Quarantine edition

    Lunch - ham sandwich and soup

    Dinner - lasagne

    Snacks - apple

    Breakfast...
    3 scrambled eggs and avocado on toasted rye bread

    Lunch...
    Avocado and banana mouse topped with coconut, kiwi, raspberries and strawberries

    Snack
    3 rice cakes with cheese

    Haven't had dinner yet but just ate a whole bar of milky bar

    May have some salad when I get out of the bath #balance

    B - coffee
    L - ham cheese and pickle toastie
    D - 1.5 corned beef pastys, chips and beans
    S - wine, chocolate, quavers

    Thomas
    B - neapolitan toast, banana, mini cake and babybel
    L - billy bear sandwich, grapes and cashew nuts
    D - half of a corned beef pasty, chips, beans (left most of the chips)
    S - chocolate

    So I clearly do not have the best diet.... however I do youtube workouts 5 days a week and walk the dog every day.. I am seeing a little bit of a difference :rofl:

    Me.... Northern lass here so its breakfast, Dinner and Tea
    B- toast with triangle cheese, satsuma, cup of tea
    D- Pot noodle
    T- chicken curry and rice

    Gabriel...
    B- Toast with peanut butter and cup of milk
    D- Chicken dinos, beans and chips
    T- Chicken curry but ate a small amount.

    B - seeded bread with veggie Cumberland style sausage, mushrooms and potato scone (Scottish thing)

    L - nothing

    D - leftovers followed by chocolate mousse

    Thomas has had more of a snacking day today

    S - cashew nuts, chocolate, babybel x 1000, ice cream, crisps

    I eat WAY too much and am overweight big time so started trying again today

    B - berry granola (600 calories with milk)
    Lunch - cream crackers and grapes (about 300 calories)
    Dinner - chilli con carne with rice (around 500 calories)
    Drinks - only drink water

    Walk - 30 minutes minimum 130 calories

    My 7 year old girls

    B - rice cakes and cereal
    Lunch - roll, crisps, dried fruit, gingerbread man
    Dinner - chicken dinosaurs and rice and peas. Maybe some garlic bread. Pureed fruit pots for dessert.
    Snacks - plain biscuit and icelolly
    Drinks - water and dilute fruit juice.
