So I clearly do not have the best diet.... however I do youtube workouts 5 days a week and walk the dog every day.. I am seeing a little bit of a difference

I eat WAY too much and am overweight big time so started trying again today
B - berry granola (600 calories with milk)
Lunch - cream crackers and grapes (about 300 calories)
Dinner - chilli con carne with rice (around 500 calories)
Drinks - only drink water
Walk - 30 minutes minimum 130 calories
My 7 year old girls
B - rice cakes and cereal
Lunch - roll, crisps, dried fruit, gingerbread man
Dinner - chicken dinosaurs and rice and peas. Maybe some garlic bread. Pureed fruit pots for dessert.
Snacks - plain biscuit and icelolly
Drinks - water and dilute fruit juice.
