What did you eat today?

B- smoothie made with frozen berries, a banana, spinach and milk
S- cup of tea
L- mushroom,spinach, pepper and onion omelette with a side salad, pepsi max
S- skinny vanilla spice latte, small serving of dried berries and seeds
D- chicken, peppers and onion in a hot mexican seasoning on a bed of spinach with onion and herb dip on top

Will have a yoghurt and an apple before I go to bed too.
 
B. cinnamon and raisen bagel
L. Ham and Philly sandwich
D. Pizza
S. Tangerine
 
B-banana
L-ww crisps and 2 rice cakes
D-chilli pasta bake
 
Breakfast- none
Lunch- jacket potato, pasta salad
Dinner- chicken breast, pasta, veg
 
latte, banana
2 poached eggs on toast
nut & fruit mix
h/m lasagne with loads of broccoli
2 choc chip cookies
loads of water
 
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholemeal toast
11am - banana & 2 rich tea biscuits
lunch - Veg. soup & salad sandwich
3pm - 4 squares of chocolate
Dinner - Chicken gougons, oven chips & coleslaw
 
baaaaad day!

B: half a bowl of porridge with cinnamon and a bit of brown sugar, tea
L: a flapjack after soft play with Ivy and an iced tea
S: had a few bites of Ivy's pesto pasta
D: chipolates with homemade paprika potato wedges and a huge salad, apple cinnamon yoghurt for dessert

Need more fruit and veg, feel so rubbish today!
 
B - 2 bits of toast
L - One slice of bread with spreadable cheese (We have NOTHING in this house :dohh:)
D - Lasagne
S - Creme egg

Can't wait to do our food shop tomorrow. Every cupboard is bare!!

L- some leftover over mushroom,spinach,pepper and onion omelette and salad made with lettuce, shredded cabbage, cucumber, cherry tomatos and carrots.
S- banana, dry fruit and seed mix, diet pepsi.
D- chicken stir fry, pepsi

Will have a cup of tea and an apple before bed too.

I've just eaten about 6 marks and spencer Swiss chocs. I need to throw the rest away really as they are stopping me from being really good :grr:
 
B: toast with sugar free raspberry jam, tea
L: shared a BLT in a nice cafe when I went for lunch with my sister, half a slice of apple cake and a latte
D: thai green curry made with chicken, bamboo shoots, green beans and peas...I REALLY didn't want to make a chicken one but sometimes I give in and make a meat meal for OH, I picked most of it out! Served with a very small portion of rice and some prawn crackers.
 
Today I've had...

Breakfast - none
Lunch - sweet potato, pasta and salad
Dinner - tuna, pasta and kale
 
B-hot chocolate
L- beans on toast
D-cornbread, corn on thr cob, breaded chicken and beans
 
B - McDonalds breakfast :blush:
D - none
T - pork chop, kale, cauliflower cheese, potatoes and brocolli
 
Loads of people don't eat brekkie or have small brekkies...how?! I'm like a wolf in the morning, just a big ball of hunger! :haha:

Brek: porridge made with oat milk, agave, dates, dried apricots and bay leaf amazing figs
Snack: apple
Lunch: crab, lemon mayo, cucumber sandwich...popcorn...tangerines...large number of celebrations
Snack: a lot of chopped carrots
Dinner: a Thai monkfish curry, jasmine rice, too many spring rolls...pud was mini Pavlovian with lots of passion fruit and mango
Snack: oops, another couple of celebrations

I just don't get time, forget or eat the childrens left overs :haha: I pay for not eating breakfast later in the day though as I do get rather hungry.

In different circumstances breakfast is one of my favourite times of the day and I could eat and eat and eat!

These days a cup of tea seems to (and has to) suffice!!
 
^^ you see, pops, that's where you're not as greedy as me. I almost sleep walk the porridge on :rofl:

And, despite not having brek, you still eat lots less than me!

I am greedy. It's official. :blush:
 
Just half a left over steak I was eating from last night. So good!
 
i had a slice of last night's lasanga.

man, i'm a good cook. it tastes amazing.



(hahahahaha, i have tickets on myself. reason being is, this is the second time i've attempted lasanga and it turned out MUCH better than last time... so YAY!)
 
I need to eat more but I'm soo busy during the day that I keep forgetting

L: grilled cheese sandwich and doritos with dr. pepper
D: Grilled chicken salad
T: 4 Vanilla cookies

Not healthy at all and I'm 4lbs underweight :dohh:
