What did you eat today?

B - cup of tea

L - 1/2 a ham and cheese sandwich, toffee apple graze box

D - 2 grilled sausages, 2 potato waffles, baked beans and a slice of bread with lurpak

S - will most likely eat my bounty hunter punnet from my graze box later :haha:
 
B: a few bitefuls of porridge and a slice of toast with sugar free jam, tea
L: a small bowl of couscous with tomatoes and spring onion, a bite of Ivy's choc croissant and a chai
S: grapes
D: bacon and butterbean stew with a spinach, tomato and cucumber salad and a few slices of ciabatta, just about to have some chai

I feel sooo fat atm :cry: feel like my clothes are like 2 sizes too small and my whole body is wobbly when I move. Need to get back to my stricter, healthier habits.
 
Lou, I'm the same. Am really struggling at the moment.

B - ww fromage frais and a banana
L - vegetable soup and 2 slices of bread
D - Noodles with h/m satay sauce, chicken and vegetables.

Green tea.
 
Lou, it's definitely the cold weather! that's my excuse each and every day :lol:

today I had:

banana & latte
fruit salad tub
mac & cheese, salad
jaffa cake
squash soup and breadsticks
lots of water

I feel vile, bloated and gross at the moment...and I've got muffin top :( I need to shed a couple of lbs.

Not the way I've eaten today...

Brek: porridge with dates, apricots and figs
Snack: about 10 chocolate coins
Lunch: chicken salad sandwich, big bowl of salted popcorn, big apple, two chopped up carrots, a crunchie
Snack: too many more chocolate coins
Dinner: lamb ragu with pasta...chocolate ice cream with snickers sauce
Snack: another apple

H.o.r.r.e.d.o.u.s.
 
Ladies, your days are all so much better than mine. Ally has fed a good few times, but still, I've eaten way too much.

I feel gross!
 
B- boiled egg, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and a cup of tea
L- sushi- salmon sushmi, chicken katsu and an avocado hand roll with a diet coke
S- vanilla latte, banana
D- shredded bbq chicken roll, salad made with gem lettuce,cherry tomatoes,cucumber and orange pepper and diet coke

Will probably have a cup of tea before bed
 
B: museli and yoghurt
L: oat bagel with cheese and salad, apple
S: bag of crisps
D: grilled salmon, wilted spinach, asparagus and couscous.

A pretty good day for me!
 
Breakfast - oat bran - I finally had breakfast!!
Snack - low calorie cup soup
Lunch - sweet potato, 1/2 tin kidney beans, veg
Snack - apple
Dinner - tuna, pasta, cottage cheese & veg
Snack - other 1/2 of kidney beans
 
breakfast: banana.
lunch: leftover creamy chicken pesto pasta from the night before
dinner: red wine and garlic marinaded steak with a tossed salad and sea salt roast potatoes.
snack: yoghurt and an ice cream.
 
Two black coffees
Half a packet of hulla hoops
Cheesy pasta
2 glasses of water

B: smoothie - bananas, yogurt, spinach, frozen blueberries and cherries.
L: 1 lb of watermelon and one big sandwich on whole wheat - oven baked turkey, gouda cheese, 2 big leaves of red lettuce, 3 tomato slices, few slices of yellow bell pepper and mustard.
D: potato soup with sausage.
S: 1 banana, 1 grapefruit, "few" pieces of milk chocolate.
 
B- smoothie made with a banana, berries, spinach and milk.
L- hm cauliflower cheese with salad, diet coke
S- skinny latte, cuppa soup
D- leftover hm chicken soup, bread roll, diet coke
S- vanilla spice latte
 
2 toast
Packet of crisps
Half a tuna mayo bagel and cherry tomatoes
 
Crumpet with honey
Pumpkin soup
Jacket potato with tuna and salad
Orange and an apple
 
B - WW fromage frais, Shreddies
L - Packet of WW salt and vinegar crisps
D - Pea and ham soup with petit pains

Tea, green tea and water.

Now may have some After 8 mints.
 
Yesterday I had:

B- Oatso simple with blueberries, coffee
More coffee
L- veg soup & breadsticks
S- fruit salad tub & pack of brazil nuts
D- H/m king prawn jalfrezi with loads of veg and basmati rice
2 glasses rioja

Today so far I've had a bad day - somebody in work brought in Coconut chunky Kitkats!!! WHY???? they are amazing! Of course I couldn't resist one so only had soup for lunch today and salad for dinner tonight!
 
Crumpets with butter
Ham salad sandwich and half bag wotsits
About to have a few chicken dippers and then dinner will be toad in the hole, mash gravy and veg

L - 2 slices of toast with lurpak and dairylea and a cup of tea

D - pizza and oven chips with loads of mayo and then some winter berry brownie Ben and Jerrys
