Breakfast - coffee, small (homemade) pancake, two fried eggs
Snack - pomegranate, coffee
Lunch - salad, tomatoes, cucumber, piece of cheddar, couple of olives, patties made with sweet potato, onion & courgette, cup of tea
Snack - leftover prawn crackers from several days ago, apple
Dinner - so far some pita bread toasted in the oven with olive oil on top with some humous. Probably will have some leftover quinoa & vegetable salad a bit later
Couple of glasses of water as well
