What did you eat today?

Ok so today:

B - 1 slice of gluten free bread with lemon marmalade
L - Turkey and cranberry roll with a rocket salad
D - S&S noodles with pork balls and stir fried pak choi (all h/m)

Elderflower presse, 2 cups of coffee and water
 
Today -

McDonald's big breakfast, couple of spoons of porridge that LO left.

Large caramel latte, apple fritter donut

Few of jesses chips from his bk kids meal (we've been on the motor way all day)

Milky coffee.
 
Yesterday:

Breakfast - toast
Lunch - beef burger
Dinner - minestrone soup, lasagne and profiteroles
 
breakfast - poached egg and toast
lunch- lentils with rice.
tea - hm stew with hm dumplings and yorkshre puds for oh.
 
B- none
S- energy drink
L- none
S- half chicken sandwich
D- half a tortilla pizza and a mars bar
 
B - Slice of toast, fresh cup of proper coffee.

L - Tuna salad, a coke and a Reeces peanut cup cake.

S - Cheese and onion crisps

D - Homemade margherita pizza and apple crumble and custard for dessert.
 
B- Bacon sandwich on rye
L - Hummus and pitta bread
D - Chunky tomato stew and h/m garlic bread
 
Breakfast - cup of tea

Lunch - tuna mayo sandwich, muller mini strawberry corner, cherry coke

Snack - handful of Haribo

Dinner - spagbol with grated cheese, more cherry coke
 
Frozen grapes
Homemade chicken soup
Sausages, bacon, hashbrown, beans and mushroom
 
Breakfast- Shreddies with natural yogurt and raspberries on top. Crusts of Avas toast
and a bit of porridge that she left.
Snack- Pack of salt and vinegar hula hoops and a apple after my lecture
Lunch- Chicken Caesar salad (homemade) when I got home
Snack- Half a chocolate muffin and a big bowl of fruit salad
Tea- Homemade meatballs and lots of mixed veg
Snack- Just had a bowl of Heinz Ravioli. Yummm!
 
L- Greek Salad With Grilled Chicken
D- Thai takeout I had 'Pla Nuing Minow' no.34 on my menu ;)
Steamed spicy fillet of salmon, garlic topped spring onions, coriander, fresh chilli & garnished with slice of lemon with boiled rice

B: probably like 80 mln clementines and one whole mini watermelon.
L: banana, spinach, wild frozen blueberry smoothie.
D: big salad consisting of aragula, mixed baby greens, tomato, shredded cheese, olive oil and lime and two oven-baked chicken drumsticks. Goat blueberry kefir.
S: grapes and a single brown rice california roll, LOL.
 
Yesterday I had:

Lunch - pasta in a tomato sauce and veg
Snack - crisps
Dinner - steak pie
 
Today I had:
B-2 slices of toast and marmalade
L-ww hula hoops
D-chicken jalfrezi and couscous
 
Today I've had:

Breakfast - toast
Lunch - sandwich
Dinner - fish and chips
 
Breakfast- Two croissants with butter
Lunch- Vegetable soup and two crumpets
Dinner- Chicken and chorizo risotto

About to have a kit kat chunky :)
 
Breakfast-Cheerios with skimmed milk
Lunch - Ham salad
Dinner - Chicken tikkia masala with boiled rice and nan bread
Snacks -2 jaffa cakes
Drinks - 1 cup of tea and loads of water
 
Breakfast: Museli, natural yogurt and fruit salad on top
Snack: 2x Alpen light bars, natural yogurt and fruit salad.
Lunch: Nicose salad (homemade)
Snack: Wholegrain ryvita with brie and red onion
Snack: Fruit salad and natural yogurt
Tea: Not had it yet but having chicken curry (homemade) and wholegrain rice and cauliflower with natural on top!
 
Today I had

Breakfast -

Handful of Haribo

Lunch -
Mini cheese and tomato pizza, squirt of mayo
Banana
Diet sprite

Dinner -
2 chicken fajitas, (small wraps) w sour cream,
2 cheese and bacon potato skins
Diet sprite

Snack -
Mini muller strawberry corner

Started weight watchers today! Weight starting to creep up again!
