b-cake i took to coffee morning,l-bacon sandwich with no fat on in a small roll plus some orange off owen,d-chicken burger and chips,s-galaxy ripple. Not my best day lol

I have pickled onions, pickled cauliflower and gherkins (pickled cucumbers) I smell gorgeous

B - 2 crumpets with lemon marmalade on.
L - Slice of bread and butter, strawberries.
D - King prawns on a green salad and a h/m satay type sauce. 2 pancakes with maple syrup and vanilla ice cream.
Brek: porridge with chopped hazelnuts and dried apricots, cup of chai
Snack: three medjool dates and cup of tea
Lunch: ham, salad and chutney sandwich, popcorn and chocolate tiffin bar
Snack: big apple
Dinner (will be): Jerk chicken, rice and peas, salad with small piece of raspberry almond cake with creme fraiche.
Evening snack: Carrot sticks and tea!
b: half a bagel, tea
l: another half of a bagel, more tea
d: a big salad with homemade dressing and a bowl of spaghetti with pesto and peas, having another chai now
B: 1 slice of toast and tea, 2 plums
L: a bagel, tea and 2 blueberry flavoured 100% fruit roll ups
D: chickpea fajtas with salsa and natural yoghurt and a few tortilla chips, and a fair few beers later on!
