Just read some of this thread, very good to help see what others are doing and give ideas! I get really stuck as lo still gags at lots of things!!

Yesterday was

Breakfast- Porridge
Lunch - Previous nights homemade macaroni with bread and butter
Dinner - Sausage and potato bake with onion and chives, whizzed and spoon fed but some out for finger food option. Followed by yoghurt.

Am really struggling to get lo to accept fruit and veg as a finger food (will eat if whizzed and hidden). Is it something she will just come to or did your lo's like them from the beginning??

Thanks

Personally, I would keep offering, but not worry. It doesn't fulfill any nutritional need that milk doesn't fulfill. AS for the other part of your question, Violet eats most things we put in front of her. We don't do a lot of veggies, but she's eaten them when offered. As for fruit, she's loving raspberries and tomatoes recently.

Breakfast: Just milk
Lunch: Penne pasta with homemade tomato sauce, sauteed courgettes (she loved these!!), and a chunk of fresh mozzarella
Supper: Rice cakes with cashew butter, apple sticks

Breakfast: Rice crispies with milk and toast
Lunch: Avocado and boiled egg with crackers and a fruit pot for desert
Dinner: Homemade chicken curry with rice, potato, cauliflower and peas and fresh fruit for desert

She has 3 bottles of formula a day and a snack between lunch and dinner

Lunch- Chicken, Broccoli, Carrots, Caluiflower, and bits of potato ( she ate really good).

Supper- Beef and Veg most likely i'll maybe make some pasta as well.
