What do the numbers mean in the part of your folder bout the baby being engaged I completely forgot them... It says baby is 4/5 now does this mean its 1/5 down?

My midwife said baby's head is 1 fifth down so most of head is still up and then on notes she has put 4/ 5 and put an up arrow . Is there an arrow by yours?

Nope I had a look in my folder today while we was on our way out for the day (I keep my folder in the car) and I looked in to see what was said and it said 4/5 no arrow or anything, i was like wow she didn't tell me anything about it being engaged or anything and in another collum I saw the word forgot how its spent but it began with a C

yeah 4/5 is mostly out There is a page in your notes that explains what they write, but it isn't near where they actually makes notes (which would have made more sense!!) The C word is Ceph something and I'm pretty sure it means bubs is head down facing your back

There isn't a thing in my folder to explain what is what but I could never remember most of it... But thanks Hun least I know its head down and doing the same as its siblings are doing

It will be 4/5 palpable, which means bubs is 1/5 engaged & has another 4/5 left to go. The C means cephalic & that means baby is head down
