What do you think of Tarson for a boy?

Hi all,
My SIL recently had a little boy and is thinking of using the name Tarson with James as a middle name.

What do you think?
Do you think he would get called Tarzan or Carson ?

She is looking for opinions so I am asking on her behalf.

I did think of the similarity to Carson but as Carson is not a common first name it should not get confused. Tarzan hmmm if you say it fast it is pretty close but I did not immidiently make the association.
I like the name though
