me and mr.man where just talking and he said 'remember that time you complained and got free food?' so it got me thinking... what have you complained about and what was the outcome?
the thing that springs to mind is the above, we went out for a pub meal and both had mixed grills and they tasted yuck so when person came over to clear them away i said is it possible to speak to a manager and this young lad was like you can speak to me and i basically said it's disgusting as you can see have ate basically nothing etc etc... not ina rude tone, just normal and he said i should have said when asked, so i said i hadn't been asked or i would have said!!! and then he said he'd sort a refund out and basically threw it at me
