What is going on with my body?

AF was due to arrive on 8/9, I had none of my usual symptoms at all so, I thought maybe I was pregnant. My breast, mainly my nipples started tingling with spurts of pain shooting through them (not my usual breast tenderness), I became moody (I lost it when my BF opened a bag of cereal wrong), started getting light headaches, you know all of the little indicators that it was a possibility. So I took a pregnancy test, well 5 over the course of the week just to be sure. All came back BFN At this point I am 10 days late so I called the doctor and they had me come in for a blood test. Well that came back negative as well So I am 100% sure I am NOT pregnant. Now the question is, what is going on with my body?

have you tried going to a gyno? i had something similar a few months back and it turned out to by cysts on my ovaries. nothing serious not a big deal ( they went away on their own) but it threw off my cycle,

My dr said that if another week goes by then to come in. I also work with a specialist because I have endometriosis so I'm going to call her as well.

ive worked with my gyno ( i have a holistic gyno) and she recommended maca root to help regulate my cycle. doesnt hurt to look into
