What is this Buzzing in my uterus??

Im 4 dpo today & since yesterday ive had this really weird buzzing sensation inside my uterus, really low, around the pubic bone area. It doesnt hurt its just like a buzzy bee in there. What is it?

Kidding! I've only ever had this once ( the month I CONVINCED myself I was pregnant) and it felt exactly as you described. No bfp though. I think I wanted it so bad my body starting making up symptoms.
I have read that lots of girls who have this go on to get bfps.

Thanks, i just really wonder what it is, its the oposite side i ovulated so who knows if the 2 things are connected.

Thanks im only 4dpo, isnt it too soon for any symptoms? I also have heartburn & nose bleeds which are all unusual.
