What is this really weird sensation?

I'm 11 weeks pregnant (13 by MW's dates, but I'm pretty certain) and have been getting really weird sensations in my tummy. It feels like when a baby moves- not kicks, but those wriggles you get, you know? This is my second so I know what movement feels like. Thing is it's not just low down it's also up by my tummy button and at the sides, similar to sensations you get at around 25 weeks or so. I know it's early to feel anything at all, let alone high up, so it isn't real movement, but what is it? It's kind of creeping me out!

Gas/digestion. I've had what felt like real baby kicks - momentarily bulging tummy. Really funny. I am not even 10 weeks...

I had the same sensation at about 6 weeks! It was this odd fluttering right near my rib cage. It would happen for 10 seconds or so every few minutes for almost an entire day. It was super nerve wrecking! My doc said it was just gas!
