What is this weird pressure?

It's like when you really need to open your bowels (but I don't) combined with a bit of tummy ache at the front like when you need to go but are holding it? It's weird! Had it several Times today randomly. Maybe once the tummy ache made me actually need to go. I posted recently I'd developed a haemorrhoid, is this something to do with this?

I felt just like that last week, I went to the midwife that day and she said maybe tummy bug. I was fine the next day. It was wierd because it was like having diarrhoea without going to the toilet lol if that makes sense

Could be baby dropping into your pelvis...ive got it off and on through the past weeks.

Idk about the hemmeroid though...
