What is your OPK process?

I wanted some advice on how long you ladies hold your pee if you do... And around how many times you test. Around what time you test. I want to get an idea of when I should be testing. I've been careless these past two months. Thank you

I usually test around 4 in the afternoon on a four hour hold. I will sometimes test again after that if the afternoon test is close to positive. I tend to get my positives at night. I also use the clear blue advanced digi and those you take with FMU.

Generally speaking people tend to test in the afternoon.

I have the digital clear blue with the happy face I thought it did say to test FMU but I thought they might be wrong (of course they should know better since they make the product lol) because everything else I've read has said afternoon. I was just wondering if everyone was following the 4 hour hold and no drink anything in those 4 hours. Thank you for response and help ������
