What kind of BC will you use after baby?

Hey girlies!

I've been trying to decide what kind of birth control I'm going to use after I have the baby. I don't believe in the pill anymore, since so many of you got pregnant while on it! lol. Also half the time when I'd take the pill I'd throw it up right after it being in my tummy. And I've always gained loads of weight while on the pill, I took it in the past and again from May to November and gained about 20 pounds! As soon as I go off the pill I start naturally losing weight. I've tried different brands but no luck. I'm not sure what else I should go for.

What kind of birth control are you ladies going to use after your little baby is born?

Well, I'm definitely not doing the pill this time. I'm going to get an IUD and use condoms with it. I am NOT taking any chances this time!

I'm not exactly sure yet... That was one of the things I'm talking to my midwife about on the 13th of May.

Im not pergnant but I just had the IUD put in and the doctors told me that it wont make me gain any weight cause it has no hormones. Its called paraguard I think.

im not sure what im going to us 4 bc i dont trust the pill got pregnant twice while on it plus it makes me moody and deppresed i dont trust condoms on thier own either im thinking bout implanon but dont no if i should bc it tends to cause mood swings ect to

Don't trust myself on the pill anymore, I'm terrible at remembering to take pills etc and got pregnant on it. Soo condoms for now.

I was dead set on having the coil, but now I'm sure, I might just get the injections.

It's something I'm still thinking about.

Haven't a clue! Injections, implant or IUD I think, the Pill didn't work for me this time!!!

haha, the doctor is still tryna work out why the pill didn'twork for me, cause if it was the hormones didn't react then obviously that could mean that other hormones (like the injection) might not work.. so i'll have to wait and see..

Ive heard alot of bad things about Mirena and some of the problems women have with them. It's making me think that an IUD just isn't the way to go.
