I meal plan and shop for 2 weeks too. At the moment my meals are:
Honey chicken with egg fried rice
Chicken, leek and tarragon pie
Ceaser salad (with the left over chicken from the pie)
Butternut squash and bacon risotto
Pasta alla Medici (pasta with cream, peas, and ham, plus I put toasted pine nuts in because I love them lol)
Cauliflower and chickpea curry (with naan and pilau rice, neither of which I made myself )
Fish cakes with buttery rice
Spicy sausage casserole
Lasagne (which we'll have twice)
And I can't remember what else
Stir fry
Spag bol/cottage pie (never both in the same week)
Sweet and spicy chicken
Corned beef hash
Fritatta
Salmon with philly chives and black pepper
Tuna Pasta bake
Sausage casserole/sausage and mash
Fish and chips (store bought fish and homemade chips)
Homemade burgers
Roast chicken dinner
A really cheap meal from mine is the sweet and spicy chicken. It's just diced chicken breast (as much as you need), 1 cup of ketchup, 1 cup of water, tsp of cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp of brown sugar and 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Throw it all in the slow cooker on low for 4 hours. I have done it in a wok as well but you don't really get the sauce you do if you cook it in the slow cooker. It's really versatile too because you can serve it with whatever you fancy like pasta, chips, rice. I usually serve it with rice and steamed veg x

It does normally have cheese, I'm just lactose intolerant. DH & LO have cheese on theirs! I first had chicken bowls from KFC but I prefer country gravy rather than brown gravy.
