I fell asleep a little after midnight and woke up around 3:45am to pee. My temp then was 97.92, which when adjusted to my 7 am wake up time is 98.57. I didn't fall back asleep until well after 4am.
My temp at 7 am with less than three hours of sleep was 98.01.
What temperature should I record?
