I mostly go to bed around 12am, usually i lie awake for about 50mins before i fall asleep or put a DVD on my portable player and listen to something fall asleep earlier. But it's annoying, no matter how tired or how little sleep i've had the night before, i always wake up in the night. Sometimes i go through phases of waking up around 1hr after i fell asleep, all the time to the point i thought maybe the neighbours were doing something and waking me, but then we moved and it continued. Other nights i wake 3/4 times a night on the bad nights more.
Other times when i can't sleep i write, and i find i'm so much more productive in the am, so then i'll hit the sack at around 5am(when i'm not in work).
