What to put in your Birth Plan?

I know this might sound like a stupid question... Have any of you ladies written a birth plan? If you have what have you written in it?

I would like a water birth but other than that I cant think of anything else that would go in the plan?

any help/Advice would be accepted gratefully

I haven't written one for this baby but a few tips for you that I remember from my other two:

Do you want a managed or physiological 3rd stage of labour (ie do you want to wait until the cord has stopped pulsing before it's cut, do you want the injection to deliver your placenta or do you want to wait for it to come on its' own)?

Do you want your partner to cut the cord?

What pain relief would you like (if none great but I would always say stay open minded and look into what you MAY want if you find things get too much)?

Do you want the baby to have vit K injection, oral drops or not at all?

Do you want skin to skin contact straight after the birth?

Do you want to try to breastfeed straight away?

IF (big IF) things weren't to go to plan would you have any objections to having a forceps delivery?

IF you were to need a C-section is there anything you would prefer to be done?

I have not yet made my birthing plan, but I have general ideas.
Put stuff like

Want as little medical intervention as possible
Want to hold baby right away
Want to breastfeed baby right away
Want calm, relaxing music playing

Stuff like that. I have lots of examples in the book that I own, What to Expect When Expecting. They give a great example of a birthing plan.
