vegemite and cheese

Riley loves pizza toast, so just toast one side of the bread, then put tomato puree on the none toasted side with what ever else (he had ham and pineapple today, also likes tuba and sweetcorn.. The options are endless!) then grate cheese on top, mixed herbs and wap it back underthe grill to melt, cuz it in squares/fingers, perfect, warm or cold, it's great to make to take out with us too, and can always vary what toppings we use, it's brilliant!

What a great idea! I will try this when my LO is old enough to be weaned.
when you make the pizza toasts, do you use the tomato puree you buy in tubes / cans etc, or do you make your own?
sliced grape and cheese is a nice one
