I've only ever tried salmon for LO but I want to try something new. Xx

We quite often have tuna but he'll only eat it if it's mixed in a pasta bake. It's yummy though! x

My kids have had trout, tuna, coley, cod, haddock, mackerel and plaice.

Any really as long as it's not got any bones. I bought fresh fish mackerel I think and it had loads of bones x

Noahs had tuna which he has with pasta, on a jacket potato or on a sandwhich, he has salmon in fish pie or a sandwhich. He's had cod and haddock in fish fingers, or fish pie. Hes also had prawns a couple of times but he doesnt love them but will eat a few.

Lo has white fish in a white parsley sauce with mash and peas or mackerel/tuna in tomato pasta sauces. He loves seafood too we often have a prawn stir fry. Oh and tuna jacket potatoes!

I give her a fischburger (a fish cake in other words) with some mash and peas once or twice a week. I don't really like to try other things as the smell of fish really makes me gag *vomit*

Salmon (king, red, and silver) and halibut, only caught in local waters. She'll eat crab too.

I've tried everything but they can both be funny with fish. Which is a shame as I love fish. They won't eat it cooked solo, but I've made cod and cobbler fish fingers which went down a treat. I've also bought those fresh fish cake things on occasion and they are ok.

I am making a fish pie this week though with scallops, salmon, cod & prawns. Have asked if this is ok, and apparently I am allowed so fingers crossed it is a hit!

Oh - just remembered that annabel karmel has a salmon fishballs recipe on her website. I haven't done it for a very long time but it was lovely, even for me! https://www.annabelkarmel.com/recipes/salmon-footballs

Tinned Salmon- in sandwiches/baguettes, with couscous and salad, with new potatoes and salad.

Salmon fillets- with all sorts, potatoes and vegetables, with a noodle and vegetable stir fry, salmon and asparagus pasta, home made salmon fishcakes.

Tinned tuna- with pasta, on sandwiches, on Jacket Potatoes.

Tuna steak- same sort of ideas as with salmon fillet. Poppy loves it with stir fries.

Mackerel fillet- usually cold with a salad and some crusty bread. She also loves Mackerel Sushi.

Monkfish- in a curry.

Cod, Halibut, plaice- mostly breaded, fish, chips and peas, and in fish pie.

In sushi (the cooked fish variety).

Crab- in crab fishcakes, crab bruscetta.

Prawns- in stir fries, curries, sandwiches.

She tasted Mussels recently too and loved them.

:flower:

Erm, any! As long as they don't have loads of bones. Joel has had salmon, mackerel, tuna, pollock, sea bass and anchovies off the top of my head. He also loves prawns.

She has whatever I have. Salmon and Zander (I bake them, either with oat cream or with garlic, onion and lemon) most often as I like them best, also tinned sardines quite often (with pasta or on toast). She's has smoked and salted salmon a few times but she's a bit funny with those and won't always eat them. And she tried muikku (some kind of little whitefish) fried at the market but she didn't like it. I think she has tinned tuna at her dad's sometimes. Next summer if I get some fishing done she will hopefully get to try perch and pike as well.

Salmon, cod, trout. We dont typically eat tuna because it has lots of mercury. We live on an idland, so there is lots of fish.

she has tuna, haddock, cod, salmon, prawns, crab, muscles, skate, plaice, scampi.. thats it i think. xx

She has salmon, tuna, cod etc and fish fingers sometims.
Annabele carmel does a delicious recipe fir salmon chowder ehich is great if you lo doesn't like fishy tastes, and it as some of their milk allowance in it too!

My LO lives fish. Salmon fillets, tinned tuna, hoki, flake (shark), prawns, whatever white fish is in fish fingers, flathead, sea bass, calamari, bream

Salmon, cod or bass fillets with either just a bit of butter melted in when I flake it for her to look for bones, or a drop of cream...she has very plain tastes and won't eat any sauce (including ketchup!)

Then she has crab, or lobster again plain.

And obligatory fingers, and scampi.

No fish cakes as they contain potato which unless in chip form is apparently the work of the devil in willows eyes!

Adam won't even eat fish. He's tried but will NOT eat it not even fish fingers, I thought all kids liked fish fingers!!!!
