what types of exercises can i do at 28 weeks ?

i was just wondering as i have not tryed exercising yet but i feel it will make me alot heaalthyer than i feel.
 
if you are not used to exercise, you need to be very careful starting whilst pregnant.
your best option is walking or swimming

start at a gentle 10-15mins then build up to 30mins.... 3-5 times per week should be ok

^agreed. I was under the understanding that it is generally NOT advised to start an exercise program while pregnant. That said, simple things like a calm swim and a stroll around the block are good for you and gentle on your body. + being out there will make you feel better. Just be careful if you are not used to being active that you don't overdo it.
