Do any of you take (or tooK) calcium supplements when pregnant. My doctors rn instructed me to take some but I forgot how much I am suppose to take. She said the equivalent of 10 serving of dairy daily.

So I take a multiple vitamin, folic acid, iron, and I will be adding calcium.

What supplements do you (or did you) take for the babies???

My doctor prescribed me a daily vitamin along with a B-complex and extra folic acid. I also supplement with calcium twice a day.

I take my regular prenatal which has double the folic acid as the daily recommendation. I also take a plant based DHA (similar to fish oil without the mercury risks). I now (after tests) supplement iron as well.
