What will i be entitled to?

Hiya all...

Ill explain my situation first and see if any1 has any advice.

I have a 6week old baby,i live with my partner and he earns £14000 a year.
I am unemployed but i am recieving MA allowance,this will stop on 30th jan 2010.

We get £253 child tax credits and £109 working tax credits and £80 child benefit.

I am due to start college on the 25th of jan 2010 on a part time course studying nursing.

So now you know my background my question is....as i will not be working and my MA allowance will have stopped(therefore i will be getting nothing for myself)
what will i be entitled to?
Will it be jobseekers or income support? and does any1 know roughly how much based on OH income (Above^)

I take it we wouldnt loose any of the tax credits as i wont be working but i am getting £246 a fortnight MA allowance and i dont think that income support or jobseekers will be that much will it?

Im just worried that because we wont have as much money we may struggle.

Can any1 say what benefit nd roughly how much?
Or if any1 has any advice at all?

You'll get housing benefit, council tax benefit, and do you not get a grant when studying nursing? I know my friend did. I would imagine you will also get a higher rate of tax credits after MA stops? I'm not sure though, I'm just filling out all the forms for myself now...

My MA didnt effect tax credits in any way so it wont go higher when it stops but i do get £30 per week as a adult learner grant and free child care.

Wasnt sure if i would get the housing/council tax benefit but thats great if i do

Just not sure if it would be jobseakers or income support i would be getting if anyx
