what you looking forward to most after the baby's born?

Meeting baby for the first time.
Chocolate, and lots of it! having had GD whilst pregnant.
Some alcohol. I have a bottle of Baileys waiting for me.
Being able to bend down and pick things up easily.
I'd like to have MY brain back, not baby brain lol

Sleeping on my tummy, I can't wait to be able to sleep on my front again!!

Oh yeah! I was thinking that this morning, I've really missed tummy sleeping.

Im looking forward to my SPD going so I can gladly give crutches back
Being able to pick DS up
Being able to bend over to pick things up
A few beers and a Med rare steak.

....most of all, meeting our little princess :)

I'm looking forward to:

Meeting my baby
My SPD going
Laying on my tummy
Having a nice glass of wine
Having a rare steak and all the other delish forbidden foods
Being able to have a lemsip if I have a cold :haha:

Seeing what baby looks like, and what flavour I got!
Showing them off to everyone -look what I made!
Eating pate... Lots of it!
Being able to climb stairs without puffing! :) xx

a cuddle with lo
a cheese plate with all the banned smelly cheeses on
wine
parma ham
a medium rare steak
a trip round the sauna steam room and jaccuzi at the gym instead of just swimming and watching everyone else do those bits

Im looking forward to finally being able to walk up my stairs with out being winded, Having a few Amaretto sours, being able to sleep through the night with out having to roll over every 30 minutes because of hip pain or get up every hour to pee..lol
I just cant wait to have my body back and have my baby in my arms and not my rib cage!!!!

Hopefully no more aches and pains... Feel 90 these days and the only people who sympathise are pregnant women , even women who have babies seem to have forgot!! And... Sleeping on my front!! Can't sleep these days, am awake from 1-6am every night due to hip pain. Every position is agony!

Being able to sneeze without fear of farting or wetting myself
walking properly without looking like ive pooed my pants
sitting/ bending down without groaning like a camel
laying on my front without OH suggesting doggy style beforehand.
submerging fully in a bath without spilling over
doing my bikini line successfully
looking in the mirror not having to apply make up to a new surface area under my chin.........

.....everything about having a baby here. :0)

Seeing my little boy's face when we introduce him to his new little sister :cloud9: xx

Seeing baby and having my body back hate feeling so ill all the time :-(

im looking forward to the biggest bar of chocolate i can find, i have gd and not ate any choccy or sweets for 2 weeks another 8 weeks to go xx

Just cuddles! Late nights feeding and holding my baby!

getting a tan, having a drink, wearing cute normal sized clothes!

Finding out if lo is pink or blue! Being able to lie comfortably in bed, not having morning sickness and being able to wear my pretty high heeled shoes! Introducing baby to all the family & enjoying lots of family time together x

BEER!!!!

Not having to wear panty liners

Walking at a normal speed

Not have the pain of my HORRIBLE pregnancy varicose veins

Going on the same diet that my DH and I did last year, which helped me lose my baby weight AND some.

AND OF COURSE meeting our little girl, and being a complete family. I can't wait to introduce her to our family and friends, and REALLY can't wait to see our son with her :cloud9:

Loving on our yummy baby

Catwalking around in high heels again! I have not dared to wear high heels once since finding out I'm pregnant, my mom scared the HELL out of me with the varicose veins talk.

Sushi hummm YUM and pomegranate martinis!

My new life! I'm so excited!!

There are SO many things!

Waking up to feed my little girl rather than because of raging fierce heartburn
Being able to eat pate and smelly cheese! Pate on crusty bread is my first request after giving birth!
Being able to shave my ladybits because I'll be able to see them lol
A nice cold pint in the sun!
Not being so goddamn BORED anymore!
Sleeping on my belly
Ibuprofen when I have a headache
Proper coffee

Most of all though, all the baby cuddles and yes I know I'm gonna be exhausted but seeing her face and dressing her in all the clothes that have been neatly folded and taking tons of pictures of her...

There is ONE HOUR until my due date here in the UK. Come on baby!!!

xx

so, so much...but what I'm really craving is a subway turkey and cheese sandwich. mmmmm:flower:
