Last night SIL came over with a salmon, so we made a joint dinner for MIL for mother's day - baked salmon with rice and a salad I made from my garden, and strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Had planned on making a Vietnamese chicken noodle salad last night, so that has been postponed for tonight.
