Made a simple stir fry with chicken thighs, corn, zucchini, red pepper, broccoli and carrots. No sauce, just seasoned with garlic, ginger, paprika and salt and pepper and served with rice. Sometimes I forget how yummy the simple throw together meals are with little bits of anything I can find in the fridge. 20 minutes to go from "I have no idea what to make but I have chicken" to eating
