I made katsu (japanese recipe with breaded chicken)chicken curry with sticky rice and prawn crackers.

Ohhhhhh, Katsu is a real favourite here! So yummy!

We had...asparagus and pancetta risotto with salad, and then almond and raspberry semifreddo.

Fish tonight, as it's Good Friday.

Am going to do seabass with braised fennel, aubergine purée and a kinda roasted tomato sauce...plenty of herb bread. Pinched the recipe from an Angela Hartnett version, it's a good one.

Pudding will be hm strawberry tarts, if I get round to doing creme patisserie!!

Fresh cod loin with a spicy casian crumb, with mexican spicy rice and corn on the cob.
WW chocolate & hazelnut dessert. Yummy!
