Cheese and Mushrooom omelette with chilli sweet potato wedges

My first attempt at cooking an omelette

Roast chicken wrapped bacon gravy stuffing roasted rosemary and garlic potatoes and veg can smell it all cooking now mmmmmmmm x

Went for the homemade pizzza. Mmmmmmmm. Got loads of sauce left over which I'll turn into a pasta thing tomorrow. The sauce has onions, garlic, carrots, mushrooms all blitzed up in the miniblender to make them so small the kids won't notice them with passata, tomato puree, balsamic vinegar and mixed herbs. Tasty on its own

Creamy mushroom chicken tonight with rice. No energy to cook and nothing seems appealing to me. I hope I can eat it because I'm really hungry. I hate not feeling interested in food.
