When can i start dieting again?

Hope i've posted this in the right section

I had my little girl 4 weeks as of yesterday and was wondering when i could go back to Weight Watchers? I thought it was after my 6 week check-up but i've been told it's now changed to 8 weeks, not 6. Does that mean i'll have to wait until the 8 week check?

I read on there website its 6 weeks if ur nursing. But it didnt say anything for bottle feeding new mums. Id love to know if u hear any diffrent as my LO is 4 weeks today and id like to start back next week, but dnt wanna go all that way to be turned away

For breast or bottle feeding it's 6 weeks.............. so after the post natal check.
Babes get a 8 week check which is separate to mum's

My health visitor came to see my today so i asked when could i go back and she said whenever i wanted because i seem fine and happy with everything so i've been and signed up tonight!
