when can runny eggs be offered?

I think he'd enjoy dipping toast soldiers in them but I've been too nervous to offer him them so far. When did you let your LO try runny eggs?

From what I have read it is 1 year - that's the info in my Annabel Karmel finger food book.
The idea she has in the book is to wrap ham around bread sticks for them to dunk in the egg. I reckon the ham bit would be a bit fiddly - but breadsticks sounds a good idea!
