When did your toddler start naming his/her stuffed animals or dolls?

Thomas does similar and calls things a strange word if put on the spot. Something like bugleoogla. He hates being asked to name things, or state his age.

Ha oh I'm glad it's not just my son who hates this! He hates being asked his own name too and will just screech and run away if you ask him his name or how old he is lol.

As for naming toys, he doesn't really do that beyond obvious names like "blue car" and "yellow teddy".

Ha! This thread is great. I love hearing what all your kids come up with.

Ozzy is not that great at naming things either. A few months ago he got a stuffed red triceratops. I asked what it's name is and he said, "Dragon." Well, that's an awesome name! The only problem is, after that, he wants to name EVERY new stuffy "Dragon." So they all end up with names like, 'Fox' 'Racoon' 'Hockey Bear' 'Fuzzy Bear.'
