When is First Morning Urine - CBFM

hi - i am on day 6 of my first cycle using the Clearblue Fertility Monitor. What is the definition of first morning urine? I go to bed about 11pm and wake up about 7:30am, however i am up in the night anytime between between 2 and 4am for a wee - when would be my first morning urine. My monitor 6 hour window is between 5:30am and 11:30am. In the early hours i just want to go to the loo and back to bed instead of weeing on sticks and waiting 5 minutes, so have been using the 7:30am time. Advice appreciated thank you xx

I am the same way, up once during the night as well, but I say as long as there is at least a 3-4 hour window between the last time you get up at night and when you wake up in the morning, you can use your FMU at 7:30 when you get up. I don't have much experience with the cbfm, but I did use it for one cycle and my FMU worked
