Could you pleasseeee help me 
I am on CD 11 of 27-28 day cycle, I have decided this month to use OPK's we are on 3rd month of TTC #2
Anyway, today my CM has changed to egg white and stretchy, I am also feeling slightly crampy, so have run home from work (metaphorically of course) to POAS. I am a attaching pic of my OPK's
Top is just now
2nd is yesterday PM
3rd yesterday AM
Me and OH DTD yesterday AM CD10 as trying to follow the SMEP, would you say the top is positive, and my main question is should I BD tonight? ie start my 3 consecutive days as per SMEP as I don't know if this is positive? Surely that's early if so??
