When to increase how much in a meal?

Is its the same principle as a bottle? When all is eaten after a few meals you increase it?

We just kept going at each meal until she refuses it and I still do now. Dont know if thats what you're 'meant' to do but it works for us.

Same here I just put some in a bowl and let her eat until she is full, it vary's day by day as to how much she will have.

I was wondering this as he's been having 8oz milk then half a jar food. Didn't know whether to up milk or food

I've been giving finger foods if she finishes it all and then up the amount at the next meal. Otherwise by the time I make/heat a second helping, she's lost interest!
