When to see docs?

Me and dh have been ttc since may 12 and apart from a chemical in feb13 nothing is happening.

Using ov strips, charting, bding at right times and zilch.

I have 3 children from previous relationship so trying for #1 with dh, I'm 33 he's 38.

I'm thinking that the chemical that we had Is kind of a good sign as something's happening but I'm also thinking 15 months is quite a while now.

When should we think bout docs or am I just being impatient? :/

I have never been pregnant so my information only comes from hours of internet research, but from what I read, ladies over the age of 35 should go to the doctor with their partner after 6 months of unsuccessful trying, while for ladies younger than that TTC for a year before seeing a doctor is recommended. I hope someone more experienced will come by to offer their wisdom Good luck!

15 Months is a little long. -I'm in your boat! I am seeing a fertility specialist next week. They say to do that after a year of tcc -really, that's how long you have to try for your insurance company to agree to pay its part.
