My LO has 3 meals a day and 4 bottles of 180mls and he sleeps through the night. So when should i offer dessert? Does he need it? Also he had a reaction to yoghurt so i am also limited to what i can offer him in terms of desserts.

He doesn't need dessert at any point really so don't feel like you have to offer it.

Ronan's meals (most of them) generally end with something like yogurt (plain, full milk greek yogurt), and/or a bit of fruit, so I guess that's as close to dessert as we do, but it's incorporated as part of his meal, and not something separate.

If he doesn't get it, he's fine with it, and even if he doesn't eat what I've put out beforehand, that's ok, he still gets his fruit & yogurt! Usually I leave the rest of his food on his tray, he has his fruit etc. and then goes back to eating everything else!
