Where can i get a lactaid?

As above, I'm looking for a feeding tube that you use with breastfeeding. it's for a friend... When i look online, it goes to a supplement tablet that you take.

Here is the Medela SNS in the UK. Amazon wasn't having it in stock.

Sometimes I see all similar devices referred to as a Lact-Aid though that's only one brand/style.
Both the one I linked above and this one are good, but of course both have pros and cons.
