Where can you get Vitex and how much do you take?

Where can Vitex be purchased and how much should you take a day....I read 900mg-1000mg?

It depends where you are in the world! In the UK, Holland and Barretts sell it, but I believe you can also buy it online.

I have heard of people taking anywhere from 500mg a day to 2000mg a day - it's totally up to you and how much help you feel your hormones need

I live in Texas and I bought it at a health food store & heard u can get it at like gnc....

I found it online at GNC so im going to go tomorrow and get some! it says it is 500mg so I am going to start with that and then probably bump up to 1000 if it doesn't bother me. I read that you should take 900-1000mg daily if you are taking it orally.....

I am SERIOUSLY hoping this will work and help get me that BFP! I have read so many success stories with it! I hope between this and preseed that I will set this month up for the ULTIMATE ttc round!
